Paying for neighbour

Once it appeared from the energy benchmark that a location was really consuming a great deal of energy, we started looking for the reasons for that high energy use.

The explanation was simple. The host, in this case the landlord, was making use of the same energy meter. So the client was also paying for its landlord, which came down to about €65.000,00 per year.
