EPA-U & energy label

Only if you really want to save energy.

We can draw up so-called Energy Performance Advices – Utilities (EPA-U) for interested organizations. This involves a certified method for drawing up an energy saving plan, whereby we look at the building-specific factors that influence energy consumption including the shell of the building. We incorporate all relevant energy-saving measures in the plan, including the associated costs and benefits. In addition, the client receives the energy label required by law when renting out or selling the site concerned at no extra cost. We can also offer you an EPA-U subscription. In that case, the client pays the costs for drawing up the EPA-U only once and then a minor annual fee. Every three years, the organization receives an “update” of the EPA-U free of charge. We also inform that client every year of which proposed energy-saving measures have been implemented and which not. We save that information with the EPA-U report and energy label in the web application. In addition, we support the client at no extra cost if the local authority wants to discuss the report or when any adjustments are required. If you want, we can report (overall) every year on which energy saving measures have been carried out and which not, what the most common measures are, what the costs and benefits of measures taken and still open are, what the energy saving realized and the reduction in carbon emissions are etc.
